Dried pumpkin slices
Dried pumpkin slices are made by slicing round pumpkins and drying them. Also known as ‘pumpkin ogari,’ they have a richer flavor than dried green pumpkins. Koreans have traditionally enjoyed seasoned pumpkin slices on the 15th day of the lunar New Year.
